金属滤芯端盖双焊缝TIG自动焊工艺应用研究

摘要 在金属焊接滤芯进行两端法兰盘、端盖焊接过程中,由于待焊位置一致性差、施焊空间有限、焊接变形等不利因素,产品加工长期依赖手工氩弧焊焊接,手工焊不仅对技能要求高且合格率不稳定。文章依托双焊缝TIG自动焊焊接设备,通过工件工艺优化、焊接参数摸索、焊接工装设计等工艺措施,首次实现了金属滤芯双焊缝自动焊加工,加工产品通过验收,并成功实现批产。 In the welding process of the flanges and end covers at both ends of the metal welded filter,due to the unfavorable factors such as poor consistency of the welding position,limited welding space,and welding deformation,the product processing has long relied on manual argon arc welding.Manual welding not only requires high skills but also has an unstable qualification rate.Based on the double-weld TIG automatic welding equipment,through process measures such as workpiece process optimization,welding parameter exploration,and welding fixture design,the double-weld automatic welding of the metal filter has been realized for the first time.The processed products passed the acceptance and successfully achieved batch production.
