摘要
近年来,工业领域稳步发展,对工程用钢的要求也越来越高。低合金高强度结构钢Q355B质量提升,成为各钢企的竞争点,对Q355B进行钛强化成为主流方向之一。文章梳理了钛元素控制难点,总结了宁钢Q355B钛微合金化试验方面的工作,重点就如何提高钛元素的收得率、稳定性进行了阐述,以供参考。
In recent years,with the steady development of the industrial field,the requirements for engineering steel are getting higher and higher.The quality improvement of low alloy high-strength structural steel Q355B has become a competitive point for various steel enterprises,and titanium strengthening of Q355B has become one of the mainstream directions.The control difficulties of titanium element are sorted out,and the work of titanium microalloying test of Q355B in Ningbo Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.is summarized.The emphasis is on how to improve the yield and stability of titanium element for reference.
