高速公路交旅融合方案研究——以河南信阳明鸡高速为例

Research on Expressway Transportation and Tourism Integration Scheme-Taking Minggang-Jigongshan Expressway in Xinyang,Henan as an Example

高速公路作为道路体系最高级别,运行速度高,对安全要求相对较高,不适宜游客随时停车慢游的要求。但高速公路具有通达性、便捷性、舒适性等优点,可以满足游客快速到达游玩目的地的需求。文章以河南信阳明鸡高速为例,结合高速公路交旅融合的优缺点,提出“快进、慢游”的融合理念,充分发挥高速公路快速通达的优点,以路为轴串联沿线主要旅游资源,且通过主体工程以及沿线设施综合打造,实现路与自然、人文景观的融合,实现“路即是景”“路即是出行目的地”,并通过设置高速公路“辅道”工程,使游客可以近距离游玩,从而实现高速公路“快进、慢游”交旅融合的功能。

As the highest level of the road system,the expressway has high operating speed and relatively high safety requirements,which is not suitable for tourists to park for slow travel at any time.However,the expressway has advantages such as accessibility,convenience and comfort,which can meet the needs of tourists to reach the destination quickly.Taking Minggang-Jigongshan Expressway in Xinyang,Henan as an example,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the integration of transportation and tourism on expressways,the integration concept of"fast forward and slow travel"is put forward,giving full play to the advantages of fast access of expressways,connecting main tourism resources along the line with the road as the axis,realizing the integration of the road and the natural and cultural landscape through the comprehensive construction of main engineering and facilities along the line,and achieving"road is the scenery""road is the travel destination".Besides,by setting up the"auxiliary road"engineering on expressways,tourists can play in close distance,so as to realize the"fast forward and slow travel"transportation and tourism integration function of expressways.
