摘要
针对小规模餐厨垃圾及市政污泥处理项目,在传统厌氧消化协同处理的基础上,考虑餐厨垃圾及市政污泥有机物含量、可降解难易程度不同,采用“黑水虻生物转化+好氧发酵”工艺有针对性地分别对餐厨垃圾和市政污泥进行后端协同处理,有效降低工程投资及日常运行费用;处理产品可更有效契合县城周边畜禽养殖及农林业发展现状,实现资源化处理及利用的效益最大化。
Aiming at small-scale kitchen waste and municipal sludge treatment project,based on the traditional anaerobic digestion collaborative treatment,considering the different organic content and degradability of kitchen waste and municipal sludge,the"Hermetia illucens biotransformation+aerobic fermentation"process was used to carry out the targeted back-end collaborative treatment of kitchen waste and municipal sludge respectively,which effectively reduced the engineering investment and daily operation cost.The processed products can more effectively fit the current situation of livestock and poultry breeding and agricultural and forestry development around the county,and maximize the benefits of resource treatment and utilization.
