摘要 我国沿海诸省存在大量软土地基,地基处置措施的效果需通过实测地基变形进行分析。文章以福建罗源湾工业区某钢厂二期规划原料场项目为例,通过监测软土地基经过真空联合堆载预压后地表沉降变形特征,评价真空联合堆载预压排水固结法的处置效果。监测结果表明:在基本同等条件下,总沉降量与淤泥厚度成正比关系。场地东西两侧因位于区域边缘而沉降稍小。真空荷载施加,抽真空产生负压,使土体向内收缩变形,周边地基向真空区位移。经过地基处理后检测,地基土物理、力学性质显著改善,地基固结度达到85%以上,固结沉降已基本完成,预计工后沉降量满足设计要求。根据地基土载荷试验,地基承载力满足设计要求。 There are a large number of soft soil foundations in China's coastal provinces.The effect of foundation treatment measures needs to be analyzed through measured foundation deformation.Taking the second-phase planned raw material yard project of a steel plant in Luoyuanwan Industrial Zone of Fujian Province as an example,the treatment effect of vacuum combined surcharge preloading drainage consolidation method was evaluated by monitoring the surface settlement deformation characteristics of soft soil foundation after vacuum combined surcharge preloading.The monitoring results show that under the same conditions,the total settlement is directly proportional to the thickness of the silt.The settlement on the east and west sides of the site is slightly smaller because it is located at the edge of the area.The application of vacuum load generates negative pressure by vacuum pumping,causing the soil to contract and deform inward,and the surrounding foundation to move towards the vacuum area.After the foundation treatment,the physical and mechanical properties of the foundation soil were significantly improved,the consolidation degree of the foundation reached more than 85%,the consolidation settlement was basically completed,and the post-construction settlement was expected to meet the design requirements.According to the foundation soil load test,the foundation bearing capacity meets the design requirements.
