二衬台车智能化技术在成渝中线铁路隧道中的应用分析

摘要 二衬台车智能化技术是指在现有二衬台车的基础上,通过增加堵头模板可视化、自动行走、软搭接、分层浇筑布料、带模注浆、台车振捣、台车信息化等技术,实现隧道衬砌的智能化施工。通过在成渝中线铁路隧道中应用实践表明,智能化技术能有效地解决传统施工工艺产生的混凝土离析、拱顶空洞、搭接不良、拱顶超压等问题,提升了隧道衬砌施工质量。文章将结合成渝中线铁路隧道工程实例,对该技术的具体应用进行分析。 The intelligent technology of secondary lining trolley refers to the realization of tunnel lining intelligent construction by adding technologies such as plug formwork visualization,automatic walking,soft lapping,layered pouring cloth,mold grouting,trolley vibration,trolley Informatization on the basis of the existing secondary lining trolley.The application practice in the Second Chengdu-Chongqing Railway Tunnel shows that the intelligent technology can effectively solve the problems of concrete segregation,vault cavity,poor overlap and vault overpressure caused by traditional construction technology,and improve the quality of tunnel lining construction.In this paper,the specific application of this technology will be analyzed in combination with the example of Second Chengdu-Chongqing Railway Tunnel engineering.
