独塔斜拉桥主跨钢箱梁安装施工技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着现代科学技术的发展,斜拉桥在实际工程中的应用越来越广泛。斜拉桥的施工主要涉及斜拉索的挂设、索力的调整及钢箱梁的安装精度。文章结合实例,从现场安装施工技术、滑移施工技术措施以及施工要点几个方面对某独塔斜拉桥施工技术进行阐述,有针对性地总结出保证钢箱梁安装精度的方法。结果表明,在施工过程中采用滑移架设法能明显提高钢箱梁的安装精度,在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。 With the development of modern science and technology,the cable-stayed bridge is more and more widely used in practical engineering.The construction of cable-stayed bridge mainly involves the hanging of stayed cables,the adjustment of cable force and the installation accuracy of steel box girders.Combined with actual examples,the construction technology of a single-tower cable-stayed bridge is expounded from the aspects of on-site installation and construction technology,sliding construction technical measures and construction points,and the methods to ensure the installation accuracy of steel box girders are summarized in a targeted manner.The results show that the sliding erection method can significantly improve the installation accuracy of steel box girders in the construction process,and has achieved good results in practical application.
