摘要
为解决磁通量传感器在桥梁索力监测的应用过程中易受环境温度影响的不足,文章提出一种温度补偿方法,基本流程是通过获取传感器温度测试的样本数据,拟合得到温度补偿系数,利用此补偿系数,对系统测试数据进行线性补偿修正。经过多组样本的验证和实际桥梁项目的应用对比,验证了该方法的有效性,降低了磁通量传感器受环境温度的影响幅度,提高了磁通量采集系统在工程应用中的可靠性。
In order to solve the problem that the magnetic flux sensor is easily affected by the environmental temperature in the application process of bridge cable force monitoring,a temperature compensation method is proposed.The basic process is to obtain sample data from sensor temperature test,fit the temperature compensation coefficient,and use this compensation coefficient to perform linear compensation correction on the system test data.Through the verification of multiple sets of samples and the application comparison of actual bridge projects,the effectiveness of the method is verified,the influence of environmental temperature on the magnetic flux sensor is reduced,and the reliability of the magnetic flux acquisition system in engineering application is improved.
