摘要
EPC模式下建设项目规模更大,工期更长,参与主体多且相互关系复杂,施工和管理过程容易受到多方因素的影响,使得工程造价面临诸多风险问题,强化工程造价风险防范对于提高工程经济效益至关重要。对此,文章以实际案例,具体分析了EPC模式下建设项目工程造价风险的诱因,重点探究了EPC模式下建设项目工程造价风险防范措施以及造价水平提升策略,希望能够为相关工作提供一定帮助。
Under EPC mode,the construction project is becoming larger with longer construction period,many participants and complex relationship.The construction and management process is easily affected by multiple factors,which makes the engineering cost face many risk problems.It is very important to strengthen the engineering cost risk prevention to improve the economic benefits.In this regard,based on actual cases,this paper analyzes the causes of construction project engineering cost risk under EPC mode,and focuses on the prevention measures of construction project engineering cost risk and the strategies for the improvement of the cost level under EPC mode,hoping to provide some help for relevant work.
