Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Engineering Cost Control

文章对BIM技术在工程造价成本管控中的应用展开研究,探讨了基于BIM技术的工程造价成本管控新技术的特点、应用流程和实现要素,对该技术的优势与挑战展开分析,最后对该技术在工程建设全过程中的具体应用进行分析。研究结果表明,BIM技术可以有效提高工程造价成本管控的效率和精度,降低工程造价成本,并且为工程管理提供更好的决策支持。

This paper studies the application of BIM technology in engineering cost control,discusses the characteristics,application process and implementation elements of new engineering cost control technology based on BIM,analyzes the advantages and challenges of this technology,and finally analyzes the specific application of this technology in the whole process of engineering construction.The research results show that BIM technology can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of the engineering cost control,reduce engineering cost,and provide better decision-making support for engineering management.
