Quality and Safety Risk Assessment of Municipal Infrastructure Engineering

文章结合某地市政工程项目的实际案例,通过专家访谈方法,并参考已有文献资料,构建针对该项目的质量安全风险评价体系,应用该体系对项目的质量安全风险予以评估。评估结果显示,该项目整体处于较高风险,特别是设计、采购、组织管理、施工四个方面的风险处于相对偏高水平。据此,结合评估结果,对该项目安全风险管理工作提出了针对性的解决措施,以期最大程度上防范化解风险问题。

This paper combined with the actual case of a municipal engineering project in a certain area,through expert interview method and referring to existing literature,a quality and safety risk evaluation system for the project is constructed,and the system is applied to evaluate the quality and safety risk of the project.The evaluation results show that the overall risk of the project is at a relatively high level,especially in four aspects of design,procurement,organization and management,and construction.Based on this,combined with evaluation results,targeted solutions are proposed for the safety risk management work of the project,in order to prevent and resolve the risk problems to the greatest extent.
