Construction of Professional Basic Teaching and Research Section of Energy and Power Specialty under Double First-class Background

高校教研室是大学本科教学的基层教学单位,是当前各高校推进一流大学和一流学科建设的重要抓手。面对“双一流”建设过程中教研室的现状与主要问题,结合能源动力类专业基础课程教研室建设实践,提出教研室建设应以人才培养为根本目标,回归其教与研的学术本质,通过推动一流课程建设、落实规范化教学管理制度、协调教学与科研的关系、构建教研室精神文化和谐氛围等措施,提升人才培养质量,旨在为深化工科专业基础教研室改革提供有益借鉴。

The teaching and research section is the most basic teaching unit of undergraduate education and an important starting point to promote the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines.Faced with the current situation and main problems of teaching and research section in the process of“Double First-class”construction,the author puts forward that the construction of teaching and research section should return to the academic essence of teaching and research with talent training as the fundamental goal.Only through promoting the construction of first-class courses,implementing standardized teaching management system,coordinating the relationship between teaching and scientific research,and building a harmonious spiritual and cultural atmosphere,can the quality of talent training be improved.The aim is to provide useful reference for deepening the reform of basic teaching and research section of engineering specialty.
