基于产教融合的高职院校人才培养的探索

技术的创新是建立在人才充足的基础上。目前,一些高职院校培养的人才能力与日益增加的市场需求匹配度不高。为了全面提高行业竞争力和服务能力,能够实现产业转型,各大高职院校需要将办学思路逐渐定位在服务于地方经济建设与发展的层面上。通过校企合作、产教融合的方式能够培养出更加全面的专业人才;通过流程再造、共育共享等形式充分调动校企双方的积极性,有效解决高职院校与市场人才供需不平衡的困境。基于产教融合研究高职院校的人才培养方式具有重要的意义。

Technological innovation is based on the sufficient guarantee of talents.At present,the talent ability cultivated by some higher vocational colleges does not match the increasing market demand.In order to comprehensively improve the competitiveness and service ability of the industry and realize the industrial transformation,the major higher vocational colleges need to gradually position their school running ideas at the level of serving the local economic construction and development.More comprehensive professional talents can be cultivated through school enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education;By means of process redesigning,shared education,we can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of both colleges and enterprises,and effectively solve the dilemma of unbalanced supply and demand of talents between higher vocational colleges and the market.Based on the integration of industry and education,it is of great significance to study the talent training mode in higher vocational colleges.
