积极教育视野下乡村学校积极教师文化的建构

摘要 教师文化建设与积极教育关系密切,积极教师文化具有积极的教育功能。基于积极教育视野,当前乡村学校教师文化建设面临若干挑战:无法适应新时代背景下乡村教育发展的要求;存在学校消极管理趋向下的教师文化被动适应现象;对积极教师文化建构缺乏整体自觉。提出乡村学校积极教师文化的建构策略:加强政策支持和引导力度;倡导积极学校领导与管理文化;提升乡村学校教师的文化自觉与文化建构能力;借鉴相关教育科学的研究成果与实践经验。 There is a close relationship between the construction of teacher culture and positive education,and active teacher culture has a positive educational function.Based on the perspective of positive education,the construction of teacher culture in rural schools is facing several challenges:Facing the predicament of the construction and cultural function of rural teachers and lack of overall consciousness on the construction of active teacher culture.The construction strategies of rural teachers’positive culture mainly include:Strengthening policy support and guidance;Advocating positive school leadership and management culture;Enhancing rural teachers’cultural consciousness and cultural construction ability;Making use of the research results and practical experience of related educational science.
