摘要 在乡村振兴战略背景下,如何培养具有工匠精神的技能型人才,并鼓励学生返乡就业,是职业教育的根本任务。为了鼓励高职生返乡,各高职院校一直在努力进行宣传和改革,根据作者所在学校课程设置情况,努力创新课堂教学,提升教师自身技能水平和修养,将“双创”课程与职业英语相融合,以就业为导向,以专业群需求为主,以实现高职生返乡并留乡为理念构建课程体系。分析高职生返乡就业创业过程中遇到的困难和问题,并研究高职生留乡对策,助力贵州乡村振兴发展。 In the context of the strategy of rural revitalization,the fundamental task of vocational education is to cultivate skilled talents with craftsmanship spirit and to encourage students to return to their hometown for employment.In order to encourage vocational college students to return home,vocational colleges have been making efforts to publicize and reform.This paper,based on the curriculum settings of the author’s college,strives to innovate classroom teaching,improve teachers’skills and self-cultivation,integrate entrepreneurship and innovation courses with vocational English,and build a curriculum system with the concept of employment oriented,professional group oriented,allowing vocational college students to return home and stay in the countryside.This paper analyzes the difficulties and problems of the expected arrival of vocational college students in the process of returning to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship,and studies the countermeasures for vocational college students to stay in their hometown,so as to help the rural revitalization and development of Guizhou.
