新医科背景下医学生自主学习能力的重要性不言而喻,当前医学生自主学习方面存在的问题不容忽视,研究针对医学生自主学习现状及问题,分析建立高校自主学习激励机制的必要性和重要性,明确构建医学生自主学习激励机制的原则,提出完善构建医学生自主学习激励机制的有效策略,激发医学专业学生的自主学习内在动机,提高其自主学习能力和综合素质,帮助学生全面发展和成长成才,促进医学生全面可持续发展。

Medical students trained under the background of the new medical science should not only have solid professional knowledge,but also master the constantly updated new technologies.The learning style of medical students highlights the importance of independent learning.Many problems still exist in independent learning of medical students.In view of the present situation of independent learning,the significance of independent learning incentive mechanism is analyzed,the principle and the effective strategy of building medical students,independent learning incentive mechanism are put forward,in order to stimulate medical students’independent learning internal motivation,to improve their independent learning ability and comprehensive quality,comprehensive development and growth,as well as their comprehensive sustainable development.
