摘要
海陆一体的集控中心对实现海陆风电场协同运行,优化发电效率和电网稳定性有重要作用。初期投入运行的风电场存在着系统繁多、信息流不畅通以及决策数据缺失等问题,为实现新能源企业生产过程智能化、运营智慧化,搭建新型数字化风电场海陆一体集控中心系统。在平台方面,系统采用包含云服务侧、集中监控侧、场站采集侧的“三侧”架构,提供运行监控、综合运维、分析诊断、技术支持以及运营决策5类服务;在软硬件配置方面,均采用合规稳定的系统和设备,保证系统整体架构的统一性、灵活性、兼容性、可维护性以及安全性;在系统安全网络架构方面,实现“安全分区”和“信道分类”。
Integrated land-sea control centers play a crucial role in synchronizing the operation of land and sea wind farms,optimizing power generation efficiency,and stabilizing the grid.Wind farms initially put into operation often face issues such as diverse systems,poor information flow,and missing decision-making data.To realize the intelligent production process and smart operation of renewable energy enterprises,this paper constructs a new type of digital wind farm integrated land-sea control center system.Regarding the platform,the system adopts a“three-side”architecture consisting of cloud service side,centralized monitoring side,and field station collection side;it provides five types of services:operation monitoring,comprehensive operation and maintenance,analysis and diagnosis,technical support,and operation decision-making.In terms of software and hardware configuration,all systems and equipment conform to regulations and ensure stability.The system guarantees the overall architecture’s uniformity,flexibility,compatibility,maintainability,and safety.Finally,in terms of system security network architecture,“security zoning”and“channel classification”are implemented.
