基于多阶段传输的智能变电站安全通信设计研究

摘要 智能变电站是智能电网建设的重要一环,相较传统变电站,其智能化管理能够提高能源调度和管理水平,全面推动电能质量控制,大幅降低运营成本。然而智能变电站运行管理需要依赖各种通信指令的控制,因此存在通信安全的风险。基于此,在智能变电站通信架构上,发掘常见的通信安全威胁,以保障智能变电站的通信安全,推动整体智能电网的安全、可靠运行。 Intelligent substation is an important part of smart grid construction.Compared with traditional substations,its intelligent management can improve the level of energy scheduling and management,comprehensively promote the quality control of electric energy,and achieve a significant reduction in operating costs.However,the operation and management of intelligent substations depends on the control of various communication instructions,so there is a risk of communication security.Based on this,this paper first explores its common communication security threats based on the intelligent substation communication architecture,transmission certification to ensure the communication safety of intelligent substations and promote the safe and reliable operation of the overall smart grid.
