随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进,体育与文化、旅游、生态融合发展的新模式成为丰富旅游业态、延伸产业链条,加快农业农村现代化步伐的重要途径。将新型本科院校文旅体人才培养体系置于乡村振兴的目标、原则和任务之中,构建以更新人才培养理念为先导,以优化人才培养目标为突破,以完善人才培养模式为重点,以产学研合作为保障的文旅体人才培养体系,为乡村振兴战略的落地生根打通“人才培养+人才输送”环节,实现新型本科院校转型发展服务地方经济社会的使命。

With the in-depth promotion of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,a new model of sports and culture,tourism and ecological integration development has emerged.This mode has become an important way to enrich the tourism industry,extend the industrial chain,and accelerate the pace of agricultural and rural modernization.It is necessary to put the culture,tourism and sports talent training system of new undergraduate colleges into the goals,principles and tasks of rural revitalization,and build a talent training system.The system takes updating the concept of talent training as the guide,optimizing the goal of talent training as the breakthrough,improving the talent training mode as the focus,and the combination of industry,university and research as the guarantee.The talent training+talent transmission link will be established for the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and the mission of the transformation and development of new undergraduate colleges and universities to serve the local economy and society will be realized.
