摘要
现代学徒制是指以职业技能培训为主要内容、以企业为主体、以职业资格证书为目标的高等职业教育。工匠精神则是对从业者及技术拥有者专精思想及极致追求的一种内容体现。本文将基于对现代学徒制教育切入点的分析,探究现代学徒制视角下职业教育工匠精神培养特点,充分基于新时期职业教育发展需求,制定基于现代学徒制的职业教育工匠精神培养策略,深化现代学徒制与工匠精神教育培养的双向互补。
Modern apprenticeship refers to higher vocational education with vocational skills training as the main content,enterprises as the main body,and vocational qualification certificates as the goal.The spirit of craftsmanship is a manifestation of the professionalism and ultimate pursuit of practitioners and technology owners.Based on the analysis of the entry point of modern apprenticeship education,this paper will explore the characteristics of artisan spirit cultivation in vocational education from the perspective of modern apprenticeship,fully based on the development needs of vocational education in the new era,develop vocational education artisan spirit cultivation strategies based on modern apprenticeship,and deepen the two-way complementarity between modern apprenticeship and artisan spirit education and cultivation.
