马克思实践观视域下高校法治育人的路径探略

摘要 马克思认为,实践是社会生活的本质规定,是人的特殊的存在方式,对人的认识具有决定性作用。人的一切社会活动,是在实践基础上的交往活动,同时受到实践的制约。高校法治育人坚持马克思实践观的指导,能够为大学生法治核心素养的培育,提供价值指引和方法创新。在马克思实践观视域下,高校法治育人应强调人的实践主体价值,注重实践环境教育功能,培育知行合一实践品质,用实践来检验育人成效,不断提升大学生的法治核心素养和实践能力。 Marx believed that practice is the essential provision of social life,a special way of human existence,and plays a decisive role in human understanding.All social activities of human beings are communication activities based on practice,and are restricted by practice at the same time.The rule of law education in colleges and universities adheres to the guidance of Marx's concept of practice,which can provide value guidance and method innovation for the cultivation of college students’core quality under the rule of law.From the perspective of Marx's concept of practice,the rule of law education in colleges and universities should emphasize the main value of human practice,pay attention to the function of practical environmental education,cultivate the practical quality of knowledge and practice,test the effectiveness of education with practice,and constantly improve the core quality of rule of law and practical ability of college students.
