摘要
教师远程教育理论和教学水平的不断提高,逐步树立了正确的教育理念和参研意识,教学改革研究能力明显增强。通过加强远程开放教育理论的学习,全面系统地理解和掌握国家开放大学的办学理念和办学精神,并将所学的理论运用到所开展的教学活动中。以“学习者为中心”,利用现代远程教育技术、多媒体技术等辅助教学手段,制作课件,建设辅导材料,从而提高教学质量、提高学习效果。不断完善所开展的教学活动,利用实践教学案例吸引学生的注意力,激发学生学习兴趣,为社会输送高质量人才。
The continuous improvement of teachers’distance education theory and teaching level has gradually established a correct educational concept and awareness of participating in research,and the research ability of teaching reform has been significantly enhanced.By strengthening the study of distance and open education theory,we can comprehensively and systematically understand and master the school-running philosophy and spirit of the national open university,and apply the learned theories to the teaching activities.Taking“learner as the center”,using modern distance education technology,multimedia technology and other auxiliary teaching methods,it aims to make courseware and construct tutoring materials,so as to improve the quality of teaching and improve the learning effect.It is hoped to continuously improve the teaching activities carried out,use practical teaching cases to attract students’attention,stimulate students’interest in learning,and deliver high-quality talents to the society.
