摘要
工商管理教学改革中,为更好实施教学,需要促进理论和实践相结合,这也是学生学习好知识的前提,能够帮助学生更为深入地掌握学科相关知识。目前在理论和实践融合教学中,案例教学法可以发挥较大优势,并对学生展开全面培养。虽然案例教学法与工商管理教学改革融合有其优势,但是应用中存在的不足之处也不容忽视。为将学生教学主导地位体现出来,学校和教师需要转变教学思路,增加学生在工商管理案例教学方面的参与度。基于此,本文对案例教学方法本质属性与主要特点展开分析,根据具体应用价值和困境,提出及时转变教学思路、提升学生参与度以及合理选用教学案例、保障教学有效性等策略。
In the reform of business administration teaching,in order to better implement teaching,it is necessary to promote the combination of theory and practice,which is also the premise of students to learn good knowledge,can help students to master the subject related knowledge more deeply.At present,in the integrated teaching of theory and practice,case teaching method can give full play to its advantages and develop comprehensive training for students.Although the integration of case teaching method and business administration teaching reform has its advantages,the shortcomings in its application should not be ignored.In order to reflect the dominant position of students in teaching,schools and teachers need to change the teaching thinking and increase the participation of students in business administration case teaching.Based on this,this paper analyzes the essential attributes and main characteristics of case-based teaching method,and puts forward strategies such as timely changing teaching ideas,improving students’participation,rationally choosing teaching cases,and ensuring teaching effectiveness according to the specific application value and dilemma.
