摘要
对矿山返回的YT28凿岩机棘轮爪断裂件做理化检测,结果表明棘轮爪的材质、硬度(表面及心部)和渗碳有效硬化层深度均符合热处理技术要求,但在金相组织中出现了严重沿晶界分布的网状碳化物,是导致棘轮爪在使用过程中产生早期断裂的主要原因。
After conducting physical and chemical testing and analysis of the breakage failure of ratchet pawl of a rock drill returned from a mine,the results show that material,hardness(surface and inside)and the depth hardened layer are all meet the technical requirements of the heat treatment.However,the net carbides which run along the grain boundary exist in the metallurgical structure,a main cause leading to early breakage of the rachet pawl during its usage.
