摘要
某车业喷漆废气含有挥发性有机物,原有处理系统采用水帘-低温等离子-催化氧化-活性炭吸附工艺,处理后的废气排放浓度虽能满足国家排放标准,但随着生态环境部2020年挥发性有机物治理攻坚方案的发布,原有废气处理系统不能满足攻坚方案及相关防治技术规范等要求.为此,企业对废气治理系统进行了改造,采用“活性炭吸附/脱附+RCO装置”处理工艺,处理后有机废气排放浓度能够满足工业涂装工序挥发性有机物排放标准(DB41/1951-2020)要求,挥发性有机物得到了有效削减,具有较好的环境效益.
The paint exhaust gas of a vehicle industry contains volatile organic compounds,and the original treatment system adopts water curtain,low temperature plasma,catalytic oxidation and activated carbon adsorption.The exhaust gas emission concentration after treatment can meet the national emission standards,but with the requirements of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment's"2020 Volatile Organic Compounds Treatment Plan",the original waste gas treatment system can not meet the recommended requirements of the technical specifications for emission permits.So the enterprise reformed the waste gas treatment system and adopted the treatment process of"activated carbon adsorption/desorption+RCO device",and the treated organic gas emission concentration could meet the requirements of the"Volatile Organic Compounds Emission Standard for Industrial Painting Process"(DB41/1951-2020).The volatile organic compounds have been effectively reduced,with good environmental benefits.
