乌鲁木齐市空气污染物与结膜炎患病风险的相关分析

摘要 目的研究乌鲁木齐市空气污染物与结膜炎患病风险的相关性。方法以2017年1月1日-2020年12月31日在新疆医科大学第一附属医院眼科就诊的8494例结膜炎患者为研究对象,收集同时期乌鲁木齐市空气污染物一氧化碳(CO)、颗粒物(PM2.5和PM10)、臭氧(O3)、二氧化氮(NO2)和二氧化硫(SO2)日均浓度以及温度、湿度的日均值。采用准泊松广义线性回归模型结合分布式滞后非线性模型(DLNM)以及随机森林分析空气污染指标与结膜炎患病风险的相关性。分别对不同性别、年龄、季节等的结膜炎人群进行亚组分析。结果CO短期暴露与结膜炎门诊就诊人数相对风险之间有较为显著的相关性。滞后3 d时,CO短期暴露对结膜炎每日门诊就诊人数相对风险影响显著,相应的效应估计为1.006(1.002,1.010)。亚组中女性人群、19~64岁人群、处于暖季的人群为结膜炎易感人群。结论乌鲁木齐大气中的CO短期暴露与结膜炎患病风险相关。 Objective To evaluate the possible association between air pollutants and the risk of conjunctivitis in Urumqi.Methods A total of 8494 conjunctivitis patients treated in the hospital from January 1,2017,to December 31,2020 were studied,and collect the same period daily mean carbon monoxide(CO),fine particulate matter with a median aerometric diameter of less than 2.5 and 10 mm(PM2.5 and PM10),ozone(O3),nitrogen dioxide(NO2)and sulfur dioxide(SO2)concentrations in the same period were collected,and meteorology data,including the daily mean relative humidity(RH)and mean temperature(MT)of Urumqi.APoisson-like generalized linear regression model combined with a distributed lag nonlinear model(DLNM)and random forest were used to analyze the association between air pollutants and the risk of conjunctivitis in Urumqi.And Subgroup analysis was conducted on conjunctivitis population with different gender,age,season,etc.Results The final analysis showed that short-term CO exposure was significantly associated with the relative risk of daily outpatient conjunctivitis,while other air pollutants were not.When the lag time was 3 days,the relative risk of short-term CO exposure on daily outpatient conjunctivitis was significant,and the corresponding effect was estimated to be 1.006(1.002,1.010).In addition,through further subgroup analysis,it was found that females,the 19~64 age grouppopulation,and those in the warm season season were vulnerable to short-term CO exposure.Conclusions Short-term CO exposure in Urumqi atmosphere is associated with the risk of conjunctivitis.
