摘要 综合考虑确定货流及路网中潜在货流,从最大化确定货流运输收益、提升班列对潜在货流适配性出发,研究铁路快运班列开行方案的优化设计方法,以促进班列开行方案执行过程中高效补流,推动班列满编开行。首先,考虑到潜在货流的特征及描述难点,基于流向及时效构建潜在货流预期收益量化函数;其次,分别为班列和货流建立动态服务网络,通过映射与耦合约束描述班列开行及两类货流的装卸运输中转;进而以最大化确定货流班列运输收益、潜在货流预期收益为目标,结合班列编组要求、货流运输时间窗等约束,构建基于多商品流的优化模型;最后,以包含9个站点、14个区段的虚拟路网为例,采用Gurobi求解并进行灵敏性分析,证明模型可有效提升确定货流班列运输收益、提升潜在货流预期收益。 This paper integrated definite freight and potential freight in the design of express train services.The purpose of the integration is to maximize the transportation income of definite freight and to improve the assembly of potential freight in real operations.Firstly,considering the characteristics of potential freight,a quantitative function of expected income of potential freight was proposed,which includes the feature of time and directions.Secondly,the dynamic service networks for train service and freight flow were built.The mapping and coupling constraints were introduced to describe the correlation among networks.Thirdly,considering train marshalling requirements and freight transportation time windows,an optimization model based on multi-commodity flow was built to maximize the transportation income of definite freight and expected income of potential freight.Finally,a sensitivity analysis was carried out by a commercial solver under a virtual network with 9 stations and 14 sections,which verified the effectiveness of the method.
