土工格室加筋碎石复合体大型三轴试验研究

摘要 为研究土工格室加筋碎石复合体的力学行为与变形特性,基于大型三轴试验,分析土工格室竖向间距、加筋层数、格室高度、结点距离以及格室类型对加筋碎石复合体强度与变形特性的影响规律,通过引入强度加筋系数评价不同工况条件下土工格室的加筋效果。研究结果表明:不同工况条件下土工格室加筋均可在一定程度上提升碎石填料承载力;2层土工格室加筋条件下最优竖向间距为200 mm;增加土工格室层数或增大土工格室高度对于提升加筋效果较为显著;减小土工格室结点距离仅使加筋效果略有提升;高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)材质无孔土工格室加筋效果优于HDPE有孔土工格室以及聚丙烯(PP)、聚酯(PET)材质的土工格室,PP、PET土工格室加筋效果略高于HDPE有孔土工格室。 To study the mechanical behaviour and deformation characteristics of geocell reinforced gravel composite,the influence of vertical spacing,number of reinforcement layers,geocell height,junction distance and geocell type on the strength and deformation characteristics of reinforced gravel composite was investigated based on large triaxial tests.The reinforcing effects of geocells under different working conditions were evaluated by introducing a strength reinforcing coefficient.The results show that the reinforcement of geocells under different working conditions can improve the bearing capacity of gravel filling to a certain extent.In this study,the optimum vertical spacing of double-layer geocell reinforcement is 200 mm.The reinforcing effect is obviously increased by increasing the number of geocell layers or geocell height,while the reinforcing effect is slightly increased by reducing the geocell junction distance.The reinforcing effect of high density polyethylene(HDPE)geocells without holes is much better than that of HDPE geocells with holes as well as the geocells made of polypropylene(PP)and polyester(PET).The reinforcing effects of PP and PET geocells are slightly higher than that of HDPE geocells with holes.
