Practice and Exploration of High-Quality Transformation and Development of Tianjin Open University

推动开放大学建设是加快构建国家终身学习体系的重大战略举措,是“十四五”期间建设高质量教育体系中不可或缺的一部分。本研究基于天津开放大学在高质量改革发展过程中的探索和举措,总结提炼出天津开放大学高质量转型发展的实践路径,从而加快天津开放大学深化改革、转型发展的步伐,更好地承担起服务天津全民终身学习的使命与责任。

Promoting the construction of open universities is a major strategic measure to accelerate the construction of the national lifelong learning system,and an indispensable part of building a high-quality education system during the“14th Five Year Plan”period.Based on the exploration and measures of Tianjin Open University in the process of high-quality reform and development,this research summarizes and refines the practice path of high-quality transformation and development of Tianjin Open University,so as to accelerate the pace of deepening reform and transformation and development of Tianjin Open University,and better assume the mission and responsibility of serving the lifelong learning of all citizens in Tianjin.
