m^(6)A修饰在脓毒性心肌病中的作用研究进展

摘要 脓毒性心肌病是脓毒症在危急阶段炎症侵犯到心肌而引起的心脏器质性病变,是重症监护室过程死亡率较高的疾病之一.m^(6)A修饰是真核信使核糖核酸中最常见和最丰富的内部修饰,广泛参与并调控各种疾病的发生发展,是近几年的研究热点.研究发现,在脓毒性心肌病及各种心血管疾病中均有m^(6)A修饰的参与.因此本文重点对国内外关于m^(6)A修饰与脓毒性心肌病的最新研究进展进行综述,旨在深入了解脓毒性心肌病及相关疾病中m^(6)A修饰的作用. Septic cardiomyopathy is an organic disease of the heart caused by inflammation invading the myocardium during the critical phase of sepsis.It is one of the diseases with high mortality in the intensive-care unit.As one of the most common and abundant internal modifications in eukaryotic messenger RNA,N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)is widely involved in the regulation of various diseases and has become a research hotspot in recent years.Recent studies have found that m^(6)A modification is involved in the septic cardiomyopathy and various cardiovascular diseases.Therefore,this review will focus on the latest research progress of m^(6)A modification and septic cardiomyopathy in order to understand the role of m^(6)A modification in septic cardiomyopathy and related diseases.
