摘要
非开挖注浆技术施工工艺简单、成本低、开放交通快,在路面非开挖维修补强中的应用日趋广泛,成为主要的路面病害处治加固方法。依托通启高速G15共线段沥青路面病害处治工程,采用2D和3D雷达对全线病害类型和范围进行了检测和确定,然后提出了非开挖注浆处治方案,采用U-Heal反应性树脂注浆材料,根据确定的施工参数和工艺进行施工,注浆施工效果表明:本次非开挖注浆对沥青路面的裂缝处治效果较为显著,所采用的施工工艺和施工参数可用于指导施工,为类似工程实际提供了参考和借鉴。
Trenchless grouting technology has the advantages of simple construction technology,low cost and fast traffic opening.It has been widely used in trenchless pavement maintenance and reinforcement,and has become the main pavement disease treatment and reinforcement method.Based on TongQi high-speed G15 common segment asphalt pavement disease treatment project,2D radar and 3D radar were used to detect and determine the type and scope of the whole line disease,and then the trenchless grouting treatment scheme was proposed.U-Heal reactive resin grouting material was used to carry out the construction according to the determined construction parameters and technology.The grouting construction results showed that this trenchless grouting has a remarkable effect on the crack treatment of asphalt pavement,and the construction technology and construction parameters adopted can be used to guide the construction,providing a reference for similar projects.
