摘要
选用HVA高黏剂与玄武岩纤维对排水沥青混合料的性能进行改善,对HVA+SBS复合改性沥青的掺配方案进行了设计,对不同玄武岩纤维掺量下,HVA+SBS复合改性排水沥青混合料OGFC-13的路用性能进行了室内试验。试验结果表明:随着HVA高黏剂掺量的增加,HVA+SBS复合改性沥青针入度逐渐减少,软化点、延度与动力黏度逐渐增加,建议高黏复合改性沥青中掺配比采用8%HVA+92%SBS;掺入高黏剂、玄武岩纤维后,OGFC-13排水沥青混合料的低温性能、水稳定性能及抗疲劳性能均得到了较好的提升,高温稳定性得到了显著提升,其中相比于SBS排水沥青混合料,HVA+SBS、HVA+SBS+0.3%纤维沥青混合料的动稳定度分别提高了约31.5%、83.8%;在排水沥青混合料中,建议玄武岩纤维的最佳掺入量取0.3%可得到最佳路用性能。
HVA high-viscosity agent and basalt fiber are selected to improve the performance of drainage asphalt mixture,the mixing scheme of HVA+SBS composite modified asphalt is designed,and the road performance of HVA+SBS composite modified drainage asphalt mixture OGFC-13 is tested under different basalt fiber content.The test results show that with the increase of HVA high-viscosity admixture,the penetration of HVA+SBS composite modified asphalt decreases gradually,and the softening point,ductility and dynamic viscosity increase gradually.It is suggested that the proportion of 8%HVA+92%SBS in the high-viscosity composite modified asphalt should be used.After adding high viscosity agent and basalt fiber,the low temperature performance,water stability and fatigue resistance of OGFC-13 drainage asphalt mixture have been improved,and the high temperature stability has been significantly improved.Compared with SBS drainage asphalt mixture,the dynamic stability of HVA+SBS,HVA+SBS+0.3%fiber reinforced asphalt mixture has been increased by about 31.5%and 83.8%respectively.In the drainage asphalt mixture,it is suggested that the best amount of basalt fiber is 0.3%to obtain the best road performance.
