市域铁路盾构隧道下穿南水北调工程若干技术问题探讨

摘要 以郑州机场至许昌市域铁路工程盾构隧道下穿南水北调中线干渠为例,研究下穿段盾构隧道结构、沉降规律、风险处置措施和轨道减振等设计关键问题,以指导盾构下穿施工。通过三维数值模拟分析盾构下穿施工对南水北调中线干渠的影响。考虑南水北调工程的重要性,设计中采取一系列确保总干渠安全的措施。盾构隧道安全、顺利穿越试验段,各项监测数据及指标满足预期,确保了盾构施工安全和南水北调中线总干渠安全。 The Suburban Railway from Zhengzhou Xinzheng international airport to Xuchang railway station passes underneath the middle-route trunk canal of South-to-North Water Transfer Project by means of a shield tunnel.Taking this project as an example,this paper studies some key issues involved in the design of shield tunnel,including structure,settlement,risk management measures and track vibration mitigation so as to guide the construction of shield underpass.The influence of shield tunneling on the South-North Water Transfer Project is analyzed by 3D numerical simulation.Taking into account the importance of the South-North Water Transfer Project,a series of measures were adopted to ensure the safety of the main trunk canal.The results show that the shield tunnel can pass through the experimental section safely and smoothly,and the monitoring data and indexes meet the expectation,which ensures the safety of shield construction and the South-North Water Transfer Project canal.
