半贫液天然气脱酸工艺优化与能耗分析 被引量:1

摘要 为提高天然气净化品质,利用Hysys软件,在原有传统工艺的基础上,增加从再生塔到吸收塔的半贫液管线,建立了适合原料气酸性含量较大的脱酸工艺流程,并针对工艺参数进行敏感性分析,利用黑箱优化算法实现对半贫液脱酸工艺的优化和能耗分析。结果表明,MDEA含量、贫液和半贫液的循环量、再生塔回流比与总输入能耗呈正相关,再生塔富液进料温度、原料气温度、原料气压力与总输入能耗呈负相关;优化后半贫液工艺中净化气品质优于传统工艺和优化前的半贫液工艺,净化气满足二类气的质量标准,且总输入能耗分别降低了11.16%、7.52%,证明了半贫液工艺改进的有效性和实用性。研究结果可为同类型工艺流程的改进提供实际参考。 In order to improve the purification quality of natural gas,Hysys software is used to increase the half-lean solution pipeline from the regeneration tower to the absorption tower on the basis of the original traditional process,and the deacidification process that is suitable for the acidic content of raw gas is established.The sensitivity analysis of process parameters was carried out,and the black box optimization algorithm is used to optimize the deacidification process of half-lean solution and analyze the energy consumption.The results show that the content of MDEA,the circulation amount of lean and half-lean solution,the reflux ratio of the regenerator are positively correlated with the total input energy consumption while the temperature of the rich liquid feed,the temperature of the raw material and the pressure of the raw material are negatively correlated with the total input energy consumption.After optimization,the quality of purified gas in the half-lean solution process is better than that in the traditional process and the half-lean solution process before optimization.The purified gas meets the quality standard of the second class gas,and the total input energy consumption is reduced by 11.16%and 7.52%respectively,which proves the effectiveness and practicability of the half-lean solution process improvement.The research results can be provided practical reference for the improvement of the same type of process flow.
