摘要
随着油田开发及生产规模变化,部分节能设备无法满足实际生产需求,尤其是在低渗透、高含水率区块,问题更加突出。针对以上现状,选取开发早、建设时间长、能代表高含水率区域开发特点的地区进行能耗分析,根据机采系统、地面系统能效普查及问题分析结果,采取“对症下药”的思路,应用一变多井耦合式共直流母线群控、永磁半直驱、变频改造等技术实施改造。结合技术前期应用情况,对实施后投入产出进行预测,探索适用于外围低渗透油田节能降耗挖潜思路及方法,有效推动节能降耗向纵深挖潜。
With the change of oilfield development and production scale,some energy conservation equipment can be not met the actual production demand,especially in the low permeability and high water bearing blocks,the problem is more prominent.In view of the above situation,selecting the areas that have been developed early,have a long construction time,and can represent the development characteristics of high water cut areas carries out energy consumption analysis.According to the results of the energy efficiency survey and problem analysis of the mechanical mining system and the surface system,the idea of"taking the right medicine to the case"is adopted,and the technology of onevariable multi-well coupling common DC bus group control,permanent magnet semi-direct drive,frequency conversion transformation and other technologies is applied to implement the transformation.Com-bined with the early application of technology,the input and output after implementation are predicted,and the ideas and methods that are suitable for energy consumption and consumption reduction in peripheral low-permeability oilfields are explored,which effectively promotes energy conservation and consumption reduction to tap the potential in depth.
