提升高含水油田一级布站覆盖率

Improve the coverage rate of first-level deployment stations in high water bearing oilfield

摘要 多数油田地面集输系统是根据开发部署,在不同时期分批次建设。随着开发不断深入,油井含水率普遍上升,现有集输系统逐步显露其不适应性,存在集输半径短、场站数量多、运行能耗高等问题。为此,对集输半径边界条件进行研究,得出各种工况下的最大集输半径,进而更加直观、快捷判断现有集输系统集输半径是否合理,指导集输系统优化重组、新建系统建设等。大港某油田通过精简、重组地面场站设施,提升一级布站率,优化岗位用工,节约天然气、电的消耗,降低集输单耗,总计创效将达到2000万元/a,经济和社会效益显著,为绿色低碳新地面模式建设提供了技术支撑。 Most oilfield surface gathering and transportation systems are constructed in batches at different stages according to the deployment of development.With the continuous deepening of development,the water bearing in oil wells has generally increased,and the existing gathering and transportation system has gradually revealed its unadaptability.There are problems such as short gathering and transportation radius,large number of stations,and high operating energy consumption.Therefore,the boundary condition of gathering and transportation radius has researched,the maximum gathering and transportation radius under various working conditions can be obtained,which makes it more intuitive and quick to determine whether the existing gathering and transportation system's gathering and transportation radius is reasonable.In addition,the optimization and reorganization of gathering and transportation system and the construction of new systems and so on are guided.Simplifing and reorganizing the ground station facilities,improving the first-level deployment rate,optimizing job employment,saving the consumption of natural gas and electricity,and reducing the unit consumption of gathering and transportation in a certain oilfield in Dagang are created an efficiency of over 20 million yuan/a.Even more to the point,the economic and social benefits are remarkable,which provides technical support for the construction of a green and low-carbon new ground model.
