萨北某油田计量间数字化改造降本增效的效果分析

Effect analysis of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement for the digital transformation of measuring room in a certain oilfield in Sabei

萨北某油田经过近60 a的持续开发,人员紧缺、运营成本高的现象愈来愈突出,计量间人员密集、劳动强度大、低效、高成本的传统管理运行模式已不能满足油田生产运营需求。针对这种情况,该油田于2022年在大庆油田率先开展了全区域计量间的数字化改造工作,在300余座计量间安装了自动量油、无线远传温度变送器和压力变送器,无线监控、无线远传等装置,通过运营商的4G网络将数据传输到油田生产指挥中心,实现生产数据及现场情况的实时监控。与改造前相比,用工量减少了67%,年总成本减少了27%。计量间数字化改造实现了减轻员工劳动强度、减少用工量、提高劳动效率、降低运营成本的目的。

After nearly 60 years of continuous development in a certain oilfield in Sabei,the phenomenon of personnel shortage and high operating costs has become increasingly prominent.What's more,the traditional management and operation mode of personnel density,high labor intensity,low efficiency,and high cost in the measuring room can no longer meet the production and operation needs of the oilfield.In response to this situation,the oilfield took the lead in carrying out the digital transformation of the entire regional measuring room in Daqing oilfield in 2022.Over 300 measuring rooms were installed with automatic oil measurement,wireless remote temperature and pressure transmitters,wireless monitoring,wireless remote transmission and other devices.The data was transmitted to the oilfield production command center through the operator's 4G network,achieving real-time monitoring of production data and field conditions.Compared to before the renovation,the labor consumption has been decreased by 67%and the annual total cost has been decreased by 27%.The digital transformation of the measuring room has achieved the goal of reducing employee labor intensity,reducing labor usage,improving labor efficiency,and reducing operating costs.
