摘要
通过对上海燃气分布式能源设备及项目进行调研,得到相关的结论,包括项目的运行效率、投资经济效益(回收期)、运营模式、项目的自动化水平及运行班制、设备部件故障率、维护保养等级与周期、维护检修费用、系统型式等。从设计上给出建议,包括:帮助用户争取政策支持,有利市场开拓;设计之初应充分考虑终端用户负荷匹配问题;考虑未来负荷发展,采取模块化设计;热机类型(内燃机、燃气轮机)选择;烟气-水(蒸汽)板式换热器的使用;烟气-热水余热型溴化锂机组的选型;进口设备VS国产设备;帮助用户拓宽备件渠道;储能装置的应用;系统设计建议。
By conducting research on distributed energy equipment and projects in Shanghai,relevant conclu-sions have been drawn,including project operational efficiency,investment economic benefits(payback peri-od),operating mode,project automation level and operating shift system,equipment component failure rate,maintenance level and cycle,maintenance and repair costs,system type,etc.Suggestions are given from the design,including:to help users win policy support,conducive to market development,the design should fully consider the end user load matching problem at the beginning;Considering future load development,modular design is adopted;Selection of heat engine types(internal combustion engines,gas turbines),and use of flue gas-water(steam)plate heat exchangers;Selection of flue gas hot water waste heat type lithium bromide units;Imported equipment vs domestic equipment;Help users expand their spare parts channels;Application of energy storage devices;System design recommendations.
