台风影响下海上风电场内的风向偏转特性

Wind Direction Deflection Characteristics in Offshore Wind Farms under the Influence of Typhoons

摘要 基于台风“山竹”“海高斯”“圆规”“查帕卡”登陆广东沿海地区期间,海上风电场内所记录的风速风向数据,分析了风电场中轮毂高度层(约100 m)处1 s平均、30 s平均下的风向偏转特性,统计了不同风速下风向偏转角的特征参数。统计结果表明:风向偏转角随着风速增大呈减小趋势;偏转角的最大值与所对应的风速大小呈正相关,99%、95%分位数偏转角与所对应风速大小呈负相关;1 s平均、30 s平均下风向偏转角的99%分位数,能够表征强风速段风向偏转分布特征;根据风速风向数据的1 s平均、30 s平均统计结果,99%分位数偏转角的最大值、中位值分别为16.38°、10.5°,17.06°、13.19°。 Based on the wind speed and direction data recorded in offshore wind farms during the land-ing of typhoons"Shanzhu","Haigauss","Compass",and"Chapaka"in the coastal areas of Guangdong,the wind direction deflection characteristics at the hub height layer(about 100 meters)were analyzed,with an average of 1 second and 30 seconds.The characteristic parameters of wind direction deflection angles at different wind speeds were statistically analyzed.The statistical results indicate that the wind direction deviation angle decreases with the increase of wind speed;The maximum value of the deflec-tion angle is positively correlated with the corresponding wind speed,while the 99%and 95%percentile deflection angles are negatively correlated with the corresponding wind speed;The 99%percentile of 1 s average and 30 s average downwind deflection angle can characterize the distribution characteris-tics of wind direction deflection in strong wind speed sections;According to the 1-second average and 30-second average statistical results of wind speed and direction data,the maximum and median val-ues of 99%percentile deviation angles are 16.38°,10.5°,17.06°,and 13.19°,respectively.
