This paper reviews the origins,programming and execution of the 100-Campus Renewal Plan for shenzhen Nanshan.Aiming at the stock regene ration of southern Chinese cities of high density,this paper delineates the innovations of organizational structure and design management model in the face of characteristics of huge amount,restriction of time and space,and complicated decision-making processes.It reveals the significant impact of group matrix organizational model as the guidance for design on the sustainable development of architectural ecology,concluding with related lessons,values and inspirations for urban public design management.
