罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼在混合痔手术麻醉中的应用效果

The Compound Anesthetic Efficacy of Ropiracaineplus Sufentanial Amidstthe Surgery for Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:研究罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼在肛肠科混合痔手术麻醉中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月至2021年6月,本院收治的78例混合痔手术患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各39例。观察组采用罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼麻醉,对照组仅采用罗哌卡因麻醉。比较2组疼痛情况、应激反应指标、生命体征指标及不良反应情况。结果:观察组麻醉起效时间和麻醉恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),术后最高疼痛评分及不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后血清中肾素、血清皮质醇和肾上腺素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组麻醉后5 min、30 min、术毕时的平均动脉压和心率均低于对照组(P<0.05),血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔手术麻醉中应用罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼具有较好镇痛效果,可减轻应激反应,稳定生命体征,还能减少不良反应发生。

Objective To investigate the compound anesthetic efficacy of ropiracaine plus sufentanial a-midst the surgery for mixed hemorrhoids in coloproctological dept..Methods Randomly divided 78 mixed hemorrhoids patients treated in authors hospital(2019-06-2021-06)into observation group(39 ca-ses,ropiracaine plus sufentanial for anesthesia)and control group(39 cases,alone ropiracaine for anesthe-sia);then,compared both groups patients pain intensity,stress response norms,the norms of vital physical signs,and status on unward reactions.Results In the time for anesthesia-onset and anesthesia-recovery;in postoperative highest ratings on pain intensity and the incidence of unward reaction;in postoperative lev-els of serum renin,cortisol,and epinephrine;in mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate at 5,30 min after anesthesia;as well as in Sat O,(blood oxygen saturation),observation group was respectively shorter;lower;lower;lower;as well as higher than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion Amidst mixed hemorrhoids surgery adopting compound anesthesia of ropiracaine plus sufentanial has better analgesia efficacy,can relieve stress response,and reduce unward reaction emerging.
