创新型护理对结直肠癌造口患者睡眠质量与心理状态的影响

The Influence of the Nursing in Innovation Type on Their Sleep Quality and Mental Situation of the Colorectal CancerPatients with Stoma

目的:探讨基于同质医疗理念的创新型护理对结直肠癌造口患者睡眠质量及心理状态的影响。方法:选择2021年1月至2022年12月,本院接受治疗的结直肠癌造口患者64例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组32例。观察组给予基于同质医疗理念的创新型护理,对照组予以常规护理。比较2组睡眠质量、病耻感,心理状态和并发症情况。结果:护理后,观察组睡眠质量、病耻感和心理状态评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论:结直肠癌造口患者给予基于同质医疗理念的创新型护理,可提高睡眠质量,降低病耻感,改善心理情绪,减少并发症。

Objective To investigate the influence of the nursing in innovation type on their sleep quality and mental situation of the colorectal cancer patients with stoma.MethodsRandomly divided 64 pa-tients being eligible to above conditions and treated in authors hospital(2021-07-2022-12)into observa-tion group(32 cases,received above creative nursing based on same-quality medical conception)and control group(32 cases,routine nursing);then,compared both groups patients sleep quality,shame feeling due to disease,mental situation,and complication incidence.Results After nursing,in the scored ratings on sleep qualtiy,shame feeling due to disease,and mental situation,observation group was all lower than con-trol group(P<o.05,all),but in complication incidence there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),thongh observation groups incidence was lower than control groups'one.Conclu-sion For the colorectal cancer patients with stoma giving them the nursing in innovation type based on same-quality medical conception can enhance their sleep quality,reduce their shame feeling due to disease,improve their mental situation,and decrease complication.
