多囊卵巢综合征与内毒素血症血清标志物的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between polycystic ovary syndrome and serum markers of endotoxemia

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)与内毒素血症血清标志物的关系,并明确其相关机制。方法将2021年3月至12月于唐山市妇幼保健院妇科及生殖遗传科就诊的50例PCOS患者纳入实验组,同时将同期就诊的50例健康体检女性纳入对照组。比较两组基线资料、内毒素血症血清标志物及其他内分泌指标,分析PCOS与内毒素血症血清标志物的关系。结果实验组腰臀比(WHR)、双侧卵巢体积、窦卵泡计数、血清内毒素(LPS)、LPS结合蛋白(LBP)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、核因子κB(NF-κB)、白介素(IL)-6、IL-12、IL-1Ra、IL-17a、胰岛素(FINS)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、总睾酮(TT)均高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低于对照组(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,LPS、LBP、hs-CRP、TNF-α、NF-κB、IL-6、IL-12、IL-1Ra、IL-17a与WHR、双侧卵巢体积、窦卵泡计数、FINS、FSH、LH、TT呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05),HDL-C与WHR、双侧卵巢体积、窦卵泡计数、FINS、FSH、LH、TT呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。结论内毒素血症血清标志物与PCOS间存在显著相关性。

Objective To investigate the relationship between polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and serum markers of endotoxemia,and to clarify its related mechanism.Methods A total of 50 PCOS patients who visited in the Department of Gynecology and Reproductive Genetics of Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March to December 2021 were collected as the experimental group.Meanwhile,50 healthy women who received medical examination in the same period were recruited as control group.Baseline data,serum markers of endotoxemia and other endocrine indicators were compared in both groups,and the relationship between PCOS and serum markers of endotoxemia was analyzed.Results In the experimental group,waist-hip ratio(WHR),bilateral ovarian volume,sinus follicle count,lipopolysaccharides(LPS),LPS-binding protein(LBP),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-12,IL-1Ra,IL-17a,insulin(FINS),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and total testosterone(TT)were higher than those in control group,but high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was lower than those in control group(P0.05).Correlation analysis showed that LPS,LBP,hs-CRP,TNF-α,NF-κB,IL-6,IL-12,IL-1Ra and IL-17a were positively correlated with WHR,bilateral ovarian volume,sinus follicle count,FINS,FSH,LH and TT(r0,P0.05),and HDL-C was negatively correlated with WHR,bilateral ovarian volume,sinus follicle count,FINS,FSH,LH,TT(r0,P0.05).Conclusions There is an obvious relationship between serum markers of endotoxemia and PCOS.
