基于CiteSpace中医药治疗原发性痛经的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of primary dysmenorrhea treated by traditional Chinese medicine based on CiteSpace

目的探讨近20年国内中医药领域原发性痛经(PD)的研究现状、热点及发展趋势。方法检索中国知网自2002年1月至2022年5月以来收录的关于中医药治疗PD的相关文献,运用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件对文献作者、研究机构及关键词进行共现、聚类、突现分析,并绘制知识图谱。结果共纳入2442篇文献,结果显示辽宁中医药大学附属医院王昕发文量最高;该研究领域作者形成了数个研究团队;高频关键词包括痛经、针灸、临床研究、寒凝血瘀等;聚类分析得出16个聚类标签;突现分析表明中医证候、用药规律为研究前沿。结论中医药领域PD研究发展前景良好,研究学者及机构之间应增强合作,开展更高质量的研究,以提高中医药对本病的疗效。

Objective To explore the research status,hot-spots and development trend of primary dysmenorrhea(PD)in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in China in the past 20 years.Methods The relevant literatures on the study of TCM for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea were searched on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from January 2002 to May 2022.The authors,research institutions,and keywords of the literatures were co-existed,clustered,and emergent analyzed and the knowledge map was drawn using CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software.Results A total of 2,442 literatures were included,and the results showed that WANG Xin from hospital affiliated to the Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,had the highest number of papers published,the authors of this research field formed several research teams,the high-frequency keywords include dysmenorrhea,acupuncture,clinical research,cold coagulation and blood stasis,etc.The cluster analysis obtained 16 cluster labels.The emergent analysis indicated that the TCM syndrome and the rule of medication were the research frontiers.Conclusions The research of primary dysmenorrhea in the field of TCM has a good prospect,so it is necessary to strengthen the cooperation among researchers and institutions to carry out higher quality research to improve the curative effect of TCM on this disease.
