乳腺区段切除术治疗对乳腺良性肿块患者的影响

Effects of Segmentectomy Mastectomy in Patients with Benign Breast Masses

目的探讨乳腺区段切除术治疗对乳腺良性肿块患者的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2022年5月郑州市第七人民医院收治的76例乳腺良性肿块患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(38例)与对照组(38例)。对照组患者行传统乳腺肿块切除术,观察组患者行乳腺区段切除术,比较两组乳房美观度、术后恢复、应激反应指标、生活质量及并发症发生率。结果观察组乳房美观总优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组切口愈合时间、疼痛时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)、皮质醇(Cor)水平均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组各项水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后生活质量综合评定问卷(GQLI)评分均明显提高,但观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺良性肿块患者给予乳腺区段切除术治疗,能够改善乳房美观度,促进术后恢复,减轻应激反应,提高患者生活质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of segmentectomy in patients with benign breast masses.Methods A total of 76 patients with benign breast lumps who were admitted in Zhengzhou Seventh People’s Hospital from January 2018 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(38 cases)and the control group(38 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was given traditional breast lumpectomy,and the observation group was given breast segmentectomy.The breast aesthetics,postoperative recovery,stress response indicators,quality of life and complication rates were compared of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a significantly higher overall excellent and good rate of breast beauty,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incision healing time and pain time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After operation,the levels of norepinephrine(NE),epinephrine(E)and cortisol(Cor)in the two groups were significantly increased,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the levels of various items in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After operation,the quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire(GQLI)scores in both groups were significantly improved,but the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with benign breast masses who undergo segmental mastectomy can improve breast aesthetics,promote postoperative recovery,reduce stress response,improve patients’quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with benign breast lumps.
