宫腔镜下诊刮术联合曼月乐治疗异常子宫出血的有效性和安全性分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness and Safety of Hysteroscopic Diagnostic Curettage Combined with Mannitol in the Treatment of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

目的探究宫腔镜下诊刮术联合曼月乐治疗异常子宫出血的有效性。方法选择2020年1月至2022年1月在西华县妇幼保健院治疗的异常子宫出血患者60例,应用随机数表法将其分为对照组(宫腔镜下诊刮术)及观察组(联合曼月乐)各30例,对比两组治疗有效率、子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白浓度、性激素水平[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))]、并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组子宫内膜厚度低于对照组、Hb高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组FSH、LH、E_(2)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下诊刮术联合曼月乐治疗异常子宫出血,效果显著,可提升血红蛋白浓度,改善子宫内膜厚度,降低性激素水平,减少并发症发生。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of hysteroscopic diagnostic scraping combined with Man Yuele in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 60 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding treated in Xihua County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into 30 cases each in the control group(hysteroscopic diagnostic curettage)and the observation group(combined with Mangetrol)by applying the random number table method,and the two groups were compared with each other in terms of effective treatment rate,endometrial thickness,haemoglobin concentration,sex hormone levels[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinising hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))],and complication rate.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and Hb was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FSH,LH,E_(2) of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic diagnostic scraping combined with Mannuelle in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding is effective in enhancing the concentration of haemoglobin,improving the thickness of endometrium,reducing the level of sex hormones,and reducing the occurrence of complications.
