康复训练治疗脊柱脊髓损伤伴神经源性膀胱功能障碍的疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect of Rehabilitation Training on Spinal Cord Injury with Neurogenic Bladder Dysfunction

目的研讨在脊柱脊髓损伤伴神经源性膀胱功能障碍中应用康复训练治疗的成效。方法选择商丘市第一人民医院2021年3月至2022年6月收治的60例脊柱脊髓损伤伴神经源性膀胱功能障碍患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组额外增加康复训练。比较两组疗效、膀胱功能、生活质量和并发症情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%);治疗后观察组膀胱容量和最大排尿量高于对照组,残余尿量低于对照组;治疗后观察组心理领域、主观感受、环境领域、社会关系、生理领域评分高于对照组;观察组并发症发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊柱脊髓损伤伴神经源性膀胱功能障碍应用康复训练治疗成效高,能加快膀胱功能恢复速度,进一步提升生活质量,减少并发症发生。

Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation training on spinal cord injury with neurogenic bladder dysfunction.Methods A total of 60 patients with spinal cord injury and neurogenic bladder dysfunction admitted to First People's Hospital of Shangqiu from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given additional rehabilitation training.The efficacy,bladder function,quality of life,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%).After treatment,the bladder volume and maximum urine output in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the residual urine volume was lower than that in the control group.After treatment,the scores of psychological field,subjective feeling,environmental field,social relation,and physiological field in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(26.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation training in the treatment of spinal cord injury with neurogenic bladder dysfunction is effective,which can speed up the recovery of bladder function,further improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
