系带精准定位定长包皮环切吻合器辅助包皮环切术的临床应用

Clinical application of accurate positioning of frenulum fixed length circumcision stapler assisted circumcision

目的研究系带精准定位定长包皮环切吻合器辅助包皮环切术的临床应用效果。方法选择2020年5月至2022年6月南阳市第一人民医院收治的850例接受包皮环切术的患者作为研究对象。对照组患者(n=400)采用非系带精准定位定长包皮环切吻合器辅助包皮环切术;研究组患者(n=450)采用系带精准定位定长包皮环切吻合器辅助包皮环切术。对两组患者术后的并发症、系带长短不适、系带扭转的发生率进行比较。并对两组患者对手术满意程度进行调查比较。结果研究组患者的术后并发症发生率为2.22%,显著低于对照组的24.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后系带长短不适的发生率为0%,显著低于对照组38.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后系带扭转的发生率为0%,显著低于对照组49.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者对手术的满意度为98.67%,显著高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种手术方法效果差异显著。结论采用系带精准定位定长包皮环切吻合器辅助包皮环切术是减少术后并发症、彻底解决术后系带过短以及包皮系带扭曲的问题,对包皮环切术的实施起到了积极作用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of accurate positioning of frenulum and fixed-length circumcision stapler assisted circumcision.Methods A total of 850 patients who underwent circumcision in Nanyang First People’s Hospital from May 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.Among them,patients in the control group(n=400)were assisted with circumcision by non-frenulum accurate positioning and fixed-length circumcision stapler.Patients in the study group(n=450)underwent circumcision assisted by a frenulum accurate positioning and fixed-length circumcision stapler.The incidence of postoperative complications,frenulum length discomfort and frenulum torsion were compared between the two groups.The satisfaction degree of the two groups was investigated and compared.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 2.22%,which was significantly lower than 24.75%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative frenulum length discomfort in the study group was 0%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(38.00%)(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative frenulum torsion in the study group was 0%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(49.00%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was 98.67%,which was significantly higher than 76.00%of the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two surgical methods.Conclusion The accurate positioning of frenulum and fixed-length circumcision stapler assisted circumcision is an effective way to reduce postoperative complications,completely solve the problems of postoperative frenulum too short and distortion,which plays a positive role in the implementation of circumcision and is worthy of promotion.
