多次捐献单采血小板男性献血者血清铁、血清血红蛋白和血清铁蛋白变化研究

A Study on the Changes of Serum Iron,Serum Hemoglobin,and Serum Ferritin in Male Blood Donors with Multiple Donations of Single Platelet Collection

目的研究多次捐献单采血小板男性献血者血清铁、血清血红蛋白和血清铁蛋白变化。方法选取驻马店市中心血站2022年1月至2022年12月多次(≥16次且总计捐献量>16 U)捐献血小板的150例男性献血者作为实验组研究对象,另外选取2022年1月至2022年12月首次捐献且仅捐献全血的166例男性捐献者作为对照组研究对象。比较两组捐献者血清铁(Fe)、血清血红蛋白(Hb)和血清铁蛋白(SF)检测水平;再按照捐献血小板次数将实验组150例男性捐献者分为实验1组(捐献次数1~3次,50例)、实验2组(捐献次数4~6次,50例)、实验3组(捐献次数7~9次,50例)。比较实验1组、实验2组、实验3组Fe、Hb和SF水平检测水平。结果实验组Fe、Hb和SF水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),检测值均处于正常区间。实验3组Fe、Hb和SF水平低于实验1组、实验2组;实验2组Fe、Hb和SF水平低于实验1组,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多次捐献单采血小板男性献血者Fe、Hb和SF水平明显降低,均处于正常区间内,这提示多次捐献单采血小板相对安全,但仍需给予更多关注。

Objective To study the clinical impacts of multiple single donor platelet donations on the serum iron,hemoglobin and ferritin of male blood donors.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022 in Zhumadian Central Blood Station,150 male blood donors who donated platelets for many times(≥16 times and the total donation amount>16 U)were selected as the experimental group subjects,and 166 male donors who donated whole blood for the first time from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the control group subjects.The levels of serum iron(Fe),serum hemoglobin(Hb)and serum ferritin(SF)were compared between the two groups;Then 150 male donors in the experimental group were divided into experimental group 1(1~3 times,50 cases),experimental group 2(4~6 times,50 cases),and experimental group 3(7~9 times,50 cases)according to the number of platelet donations.The detection levels of serum iron,serum hemoglobin,and serum ferritin in experimental group 1,experimental group 2,and experimental group 3 were compared.Results Fe,Hb and SF in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the detected values were in the normal range.Fe,Hb and SF in experimental group 3 were lower than those in experimental group 1 and experimental group 2;Fe,Hb and SF in experiment group 2 were lower than those in experiment group 1,and there were significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum iron,serum hemoglobin and serum Ferritin of male blood donors who donated platelets collected individually for many times were significantly reduced,all within the normal range,suggesting that multiple donations of platelets collected individually were relatively safe,but more attention still needed to be paid.
