超前护理模式在全髋关节置换患者围术期压力性损伤中的应用

Application of advanced Nursing Mode in perioperative Pressure Injury of Patients undergoing total Hip Replacement

目的研究全髋关节置换患者围术期予以超前护理模式对其压力性损伤的发生的应用价值。方法临床纳入2021年1月至2022年1月河南省人民医院收治的86例全髋关节置换患者,根据随机双盲法分组,分为对照组(n=43例)、研究组(n=43例)。研究组予以超前护理模式,对照组予以基础护理,护理时间均为2周,分析两组护理后发生压力性损伤概率、护理满意度变化,应用压力感应垫系统检测各个部位的皮肤压力。结果护理后研究组发生压力性损伤概率显著低于对照组,而护理满意程度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理技能操作、护理服务态度、护理理论知识、护理满意程度总分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的内外踝、枕后、肩胛、足跟、骶尾部压力指标显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对全髋关节置换患者围术期予以超前护理模式,可显著减少压力性损伤的发生,同时提高护理满意程度。

Objective To study the application value of advanced nursing mode in perioperative period for patients with total hip replacement on the occurrence of pressure injury.Methods A total of 86 patients with total hip arthroplasty admitted to Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were clinically included.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=43 cases)and a study group(n=43 cases)using a double-blind method.The study group received advanced nursing mode,while the control group received basic nursing for 2 weeks.The probability of pressure injury and changes in nursing satisfaction were analyzed after the two groups received nursing.The pressure sensing pad system was used to detect skin pressure in various parts.Results The probability of stress injury in the study group after nursing care was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the degree of nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total scores of nursing skill operation,nursing service attitude,nursing theoretical knowledge,and nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The pressure indicators of the inner and outer ankles,occipital posterior,scapula,heel,and sacrococcygeal region in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing advanced nursing mode to patients undergoing total hip replacement during the perioperative period can significantly reduce the occurrence of pressure injury and improve nursing satisfaction.
